Terms of Use

Indush is for students in Classes 2 to 12, their parents, and teachers. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and should supervise how you use Indush. If you are a parent or guardian letting a child use Indush, you agree to these terms on their behalf.

• Give correct information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. Do not share your account or use someone else's.

Please do not:

• copy, download, record or share teachers' paid or protected content, or help anyone get around a paywall;
• try to break, overload or get into parts of Indush you are not meant to reach, or use it to attack anyone;
• post reviews or content that is abusive, hateful, unsafe for children, or that you have no right to share;
• cheat in tests or Scholar exams, or create fake accounts to change rankings or results.

We can remove content, hide pages or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we may do so without notice when safety requires it.

Answers, lessons and practice papers written by AI are there to help you learn. They can contain mistakes and are not a replacement for your textbook or teacher. Do not rely on them for anything important without checking.

• You must own, or have the right to use, everything you upload, and you are responsible for it.
• You keep your rights in your content. You allow Indush to store it and show it to the students you (or the platform) give access to.
• Every exam you save with questions in Teacher Studio is also copied into Indush's Teacher Bank. After an automated check, and a review by Indush where needed, Indush may offer that copy, free or paid, to other teachers, who can use and change their own copy. Your own exam and your students' access are not affected, and a copy already in the Teacher Bank stays there even if you later edit or delete your exam.
• You set your own prices and are responsible for what you promise your students.
• Students pay through Indush's payment gateway and Indush records every payment; money paid outside Indush is not part of your page.
• Indush may remove content or pages that break these terms.

Prices are in Indian rupees. Online payments are handled by our payment partner (Razorpay). A paid subscription gives you access for the period shown when you pay, and is not renewed unless you pay again. If you think you were charged wrongly, tell us and we will look into it. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains refunds and cancelling.

Scholar rankings are worked out from real scores of students who took the same exam. Any prizes or rewards follow the rules shown on the Scholar pages, and we may withhold them where there was cheating or a mistake.

The Indush service, its design, and the content we create belong to Indush. You may use them for your own learning, but not copy or resell them.

We work to keep Indush available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Indush is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for teachers' content and conduct. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian law.

You can stop using Indush at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it starts. Using Indush after that means you accept the new terms. These terms follow the laws of India.
